ファンクとラテン音楽の融合、世界的に音楽ブ－ムを巻き起こした「ファンカラティ－ナの巨匠・August Darnell」が結成したニュ－ヨ－ク産・ファンクバンド「Machine」

兄”Stoney Browder Jr”と、兄の彼女でリ－ドヴァ－カルの”Cory Daye”と共に76年、「Dr. Buzzard's Original Savannah Band」を結成、お洒落な「70年代・スイング・Jazz」を武器に、アルバム3枚が世界中で大ブレ－クします

79年「B.B.& Q.Band」で活躍する"Kevin Nance"（Key)を含む6人組で新しいグル－プ「Machine」を結成、「There But For The Grace Of God Go」が”全米・ダンスチャ－ト・第8位”にランクイン

"August Darnell"が「Kid Creole and the Coconuts」を結成するため、アルバム2枚で解散、2009年、オリジナルメンバ－の”Kevin Nance”、”Jay Stovall”、”Clare Bathe”の3人で再結成、現在もライブなどで活動しています

ファンクとラテン音楽の融合、「ファンカラティ－ナの巨匠・August Darnell」が結成した「Kid Creole And The Coconuts」の前身バンド「Machine」の80年作

「B.B.& Q.Band」のメンバ－としてサウンドの要であり、「Kid Creole And The Coconuts」にも参加した、キ－ボ－ド奏者”Kevin Nance”が作曲、パワフルな熱唱の女性歌手”Clare Bathe"、素晴らしい歌唱力が楽しめるラテンディスコです

12inchカットは”本国US盤 12inch”だけでした。ダンスフロア－を意識した高音圧でワイドレンジな「Special Disco Version」プロユ－スにアレンジされています

パワフルな”Clare Bathe”の熱い歌唱力が決め手のラテンディスコです
