89年、幼馴染みのJohnny Gillとのデュエット名曲「Where Do We Go From Here」が全米R&Bチャートで第1位を獲得した直後、まだ20代半ばで突然ショ－ビジネスから引退

79年から10年の期間に「10枚のアルバム」をリリ－スし「天才少女歌手」の称号を得た”Stacy Lattisaw“です
