The Delfonicsに流麗で豪華なアレンジをソウル音楽に導入

Philadelphia International Recordsでは大ヒットを連発させ

その後、The Stylistics、The Spinersを世に送り出した

天才アレンジャ－、プロデュ－サ－Thom Bell

８曲中５曲がStop, Look, Listen、You Are Everythingなど

1970年代のフィラデルフィア・ソウルの重要曲を多数作曲した

Linda Creed, Thom Bellのソングライティングチ－ム

数あるDionne Warwickの中では特異ですが絶対推薦の名盤です

まずは、アルバムでは最終曲になる

これだけの内容ながらセ－ルス的にはふるわず

CDも現在では廃盤でマ－ケットからは姿を消しています

メジャ－ヒットするようなPOPな音ではありませんが

名盤という評価されるべき「Track of the Cat」を堪能されて下さいね
