私が27歳の1988年、初めてのオーストラリア旅行にて・・・現地シドニ－で購入した”Renee Geyer”のメガレア・オージ盤オリジナル・レコ－ド「RCA Victor 7inch」でお聴きください

76年、本国で「7inchの裏面」だけに収録された・・・・素朴なソウル音楽「Be There In The Morning」を
77年のアメリカ初上陸に合わせ・・・Ray Palker Jr (G),,,,,Nathan Watts (B),,,,,,Raymond Pounds (Drms)....Ernie Watts (Alto Sax).......と
ロサンゼルス・Hollywoodの名門「Crystal Studios」にて、西海岸の精鋭を集めて再録音した・・・・・ブル－アイドソウル至宝の名曲です
77年録音のこの曲は、LP「Moving Along」に収録されていますが。。。悲しいほどに音がペラペラ、2014年と2019年英国の再発も音質が劣悪
シングルカットはアメリカではされず・・・・オーストラリア本国だけ・・・・・滅多に見つからないメガレア盤です
「知っている」と・・・・・「持っている」は・・・・地球4周半の違い（月とすっぽん）、今夜はオリジナルの重厚な音質でお楽しみください
蛇足ですが・・・海外でラジオ番組を持ち・・・活動している私が皆さんにいえる言葉は「A.O.R.」は昭和感覚の和製英語、、、、海外ではそのような名称も、ジャンル分けも、存在しませんし、通用しません
「2022年、風の時代」日本だけでしか通用しないローカル感覚ではなく・・・
そろそろソウル、ファンクのジャンルであることの認識で・・音楽を愛された方が、今の時代や、若い世代にも理解しやすい概念が広がると思います
